Position Details

This position supports the Senior Compliance Manager in meeting statutory health and safety obligations as a responsible landlord, continually improving safety for residents, properties, compliance, and stock condition.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing and maintaining robust compliance programmes and plans, ensuring accurate stock data and key performance indicators.
- Manage and monitor contractors, coordinating programmes and plans with effective oversight.
- Deliver management surveys, reinspections, ongoing management reviews, and post‑work inspections, ensuring demonstrable compliance.
- Provide senior management with assurance on statutory compliance within the residential stock.
- Support the delivery of high‑quality asset management services and contribute to a culture of trust and high performance.
- Experience in health and safety compliance for residential properties (e.g., asbestos, electrical, gas, fire safety, mechanical, water hygiene).
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain programmes supported by accurate stock information and effective monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with senior management and contractors.
- Understanding of statutory health and safety obligations and related legislation.
