Overview

We are looking for a Change Manager on a permanent basis, based in Bradford. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and home working. You will lead the people side of change to support major technology transformation programmes, including AI-powered tools and platforms, driving adoption and delivering lasting business value.

Working across business and technical teams, you will navigate complexity, engage stakeholders at all levels, and create structured change plans that enable colleagues to embrace new ways of working with confidence.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and lead end-to-end change management strategies for complex technology transformation programmes, ensuring successful adoption and long-term business value.
  • Drive the people side of AI and digital transformation initiatives, helping teams confidently embrace new tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Assess change impacts, organisational readiness, stakeholder requirements, and potential risks to create targeted change interventions.
  • Create and deliver engaging communication, training, and engagement plans that build awareness, capability, and adoption across the business.
  • Work closely with project, product, and technology teams to integrate change activities into programme plans and key delivery milestones.
  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and benefits realisation, using data and insights to measure success and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and address resistance to change, coaching leaders and managers to become effective advocates and sponsors.
  • Strengthen organisational change capability by developing frameworks, best practices, and resources that support future transformation initiatives.
Qualifications and experience
  • Essential: Proven experience leading change management activities across complex, large-scale technology transformation programmes, including enterprise platforms, cloud migrations, data initiatives, and system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of recognised change management frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to tailor and apply them to different business environments.
  • Experience working in close partnership with technology, project, and delivery teams within agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring adoption, tracking benefits realisation, and using insights to improve outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Desirable: Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of AI, automation, or emerging technology solutions, including generative AI and intelligent automation tools.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, and the organisational and workforce impacts of technology-driven change.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as Prosci, APMG Change Management, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience operating within regulated industries or organisations undergoing significant growth and transformation.
What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days annual leave with option to purchase 5 more
  • Birthday off, plus an additional 3 days of annual leave after 5 years of service
  • Wellbeing and mental health benefits (e.g., Calm app), private medical, critical illness cover and dental insurance
  • Matched pension contribution up to 10%
  • Car benefit scheme
  • Access to online learning platform to develop your career
  • Opportunity to join an innovative, fast-paced and passionate team
