Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a CPS Assistant Team Manager to support the service team in Kent View, Kendal. You will help oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules and resources, and build strong customer relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
You will monitor KPIs, assist with recruitment and training, process orders, and liaise with engineers and suppliers to ensure smooth service execution. Training on LV switch gear may be provided.
