About the Role

Lead the way in European market access. As a Consultant you will manage multiple Value & Access projects, spearhead client relationships, and contribute to pipeline growth, leveraging German HTA and JCA expertise.

A key focus is leveraging deep expertise in the German HTA and broader market access landscape to guide JCA, Scientific Advice, global value dossiers, and market access strategy for Germany and EU4. Projects span multiple disease areas; rapid assimilation of new therapeutics and multi‑project management are essential. You will recruit, train and mentor Analysts, nurture long‑term client relationships, manage your pipeline of work, and lead proposals to drive growth for the Value & Access team’s global and European markets.

You will sit as part of the Management Team in Value & Access, shaping strategy and participating in company‑wide Management Team‑level discussions.

Standard working week is 37.5 hours Monday‑Friday, with part‑time options of 30 hours per week available.

Requirements
  • Essential Requirements
    • Minimum 3 years of industry experience, ideally in consulting, pharma or medical device, with involvement from project initiation to completion.
    • Leading multiple projects simultaneously and managing timelines and team delegation.
    • Communicating with clients and building robust working relationships.
    • Pitching and winning competitive work, including proposal development and strategic narrative shaping.
    • Strong understanding of the German access landscape, including AMNOG dossiers; broader market access strategy for Germany is highly desirable.
    • Experience from global market access projects, understanding global drivers, payer evidence needs, and clinical‑economic‑policy interplay.
    • Degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent).
    • Fluent in English.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive opportunity spotting, and ownership of client relationships and pipelines.
    • Skill in internal and external relationship building and communication to varied audiences.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, explaining complex ideas to non‑experts.
    • High accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Flexibility to respond to deadline changes.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, motivating others to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Desired Requirements
    • Fluent in German.
