Quilter is seeking a Regulatory Oversight Manager to oversee appointed representative firms and advisers. The role blends field supervision with home-based work, requiring strong relationship building, risk assessment, and governance across AR firms within the Quilter Financial Planning network.
You will coach and support AR principals, develop bespoke action plans, and conduct bespoke inspections. A Compliance & Risk qualification and QCF Level 4 or equivalent are essential.
