As a Senior Product Analyst, Financial Risk Solutions you will support the business in shaping and delivering innovative product solutions in Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Derivative products.

You will interrogate a wide range of data about the performance and outcomes of our products – this data will incorporate customer feedback and service metrics for the end to end product journey. As the subject matter expert, you will track product performance against business objectives and key performance indicators.

You will champion a customer-centric approach to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.

You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and help to identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for producing management information and dashboards and presenting these to stakeholders and committees.

You will support the Product Owner in the development of product roadmaps and transformation initiatives, which will include gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping customer and product journeys.

You will stay on top of market and industry developments to support the delivery of strategic change initiatives.

This is a new role within the Financial Risk Solutions team. It is a specialist area within Business Banking supporting businesses to manage the financial risks associated with their borrowing and international trade.

For this role, you'll be based at your nearest regional office or hub. We value time spent together to connect with colleagues for collaboration so there will be a regular requirement to attend our Glasgow, Edinburgh or London officesite approximately once per quarter.If you are based at an office location, you'll be expected to meet our hybrid working requirement of at least two days a week, or 40% of your working time if part-time, in the office.If
