What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives from concept through to successful implementation and embedding into business-as-usual activities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and reduce manual effort through digital and AI-driven solutions.
  • Champion innovative technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, self-service tools and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Support finance teams through major business transformation programmes, including SAP S/4

    HANA and CEM.
  • Drive the strategic development of our Digital Business Case platform and oversee its successful transition into BAU.
  • Develop finance capability through engaging workshops, training programmes and learning initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, bringing people together to achieve shared transformation goals.
  • Translate business needs into practical solutions by acting as a bridge between technical teams and end users.
  • Use insight, data and strong communication skills to influence decisions and drive positive outcomes.
  • Maintain strong governance standards and ensure transformation projects stay focused on delivering value.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re interested in people who can combine strong finance knowledge with a passion for change and continuous improvement. You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in finance transformation, change management and programme delivery.
  • A proven track record of implementing change and driving user adoption in complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels.
  • Experience of digital product ownership, process improvement and transformation delivery.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform, Power BI and SharePoint.
  • The ability to turn complex business challenges into practical, deliverable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leaders and wider teams.
  • A collaborative leadership style that inspires others and encourages innovation.

Qualifications
  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Change Management or Project Management qualifications are desirable.
