Role DescriptionThe Business Head role at EMotorad is a full-time hybrid position based in London, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for leading overall business operations, setting strategic direction, and driving growth in key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, managing budgets and financial performance, and building strong partnerships and distribution channels.
The Business Head will collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with the company’s mission of sustainable mobility. This position also involves mentoring cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, and identifying new opportunities to expand EMotorad’s presence and impact.
- Leadership and management skills, including experience guiding cross-functional teams and overseeing business operations.
- Strategic planning and business development abilities, with proven experience in setting and executing growth-focused strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
- Background in sales and marketing, ideally within mobility, consumer products, or sustainability-focused industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Experience working in or with UK and European markets; prior exposure to hybrid or international environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Genuine interest in sustainable mobility, environmental responsibility, and promoting healthier lifestyles.
