Stock Condition Surveyor

Stock Condition Surveyor Based:
Home based, with regular travel to sites across the East Midlands, and regular attendance at our offices in Leicestershire and Derbyshire. (Allocated office – Memorial House, Coalville / Longfield House, Ilkeston)

35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday Salary: £36,527 - £40,585 per annum (RFJ
7) We are looking for a skilled and motivated Stock Condition Surveyor to join the team  a surveyor with emh, you will deliver a positive and engaged customer experience, which is compliant with statutory and regulatory bodies requirements. You will be involved in:
Building health and safety compliance Stock Condition Surveys Energy efficiency related activity HHSRS Hazards Mutual Exchange Surveys Radon Risk Mitigation You will have proven awareness of commercial acumen, delivering a commercially focused delivery model, budget management and achieving value for money whilst retaining excellent customer satisfaction. Emh has a co-regulation model, and you will actively engage with customers to address complaints and improve the service delivery, including participating in resident forums and scrutiny activity.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which you will demonstrate in the customer focused service you deliver, and by working closely and in conjunction with other stakeholders across the business, including our Trade Union representatives, colleagues within the Property Services Directorate, and both our Housing and Customer Service Teams. A HND or similar relevant professional qualification is essential to success in this role.

As a surveyor you will regularly be traveling to sites across the East Midlands, and will need to regularly attend our head office, so the ability to travel is essential. Emh endeavours to offer opportunities to work flexibly and from home, where the business need allows. It is envisioned that you will work primarily from home when not on site, but regular attendance at the office for meetings and training is to be expected.
