Proposition Analyst – Remote – £28,000 - £30,000

Chase & Holland are recruiting for a Proposition Analyst to join a UK-wide financial services organisation. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in data analysis, commercial insight, and project support. Full training will be provided.

Proposition Analyst Responsibilities:

Analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations.
Produce weekly market updates and maintain proposition documentation.
Monitor client and internal feedback, preparing summary reports.
Support governance packs, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional projects.
Analyse Snowflake data, prepare reports, and manage client mail merges.
Develop project management skills and present insights to stakeholders.
Contribute ideas to improve client experience, processes, and business performance.
Required

Skills & Experience:

Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly.
Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of AI tools is desirable but not essential.
