Recruit UK are recruiting a remote-based T&C Manager for a rapidly growing Financial Planning firm. You will shape adviser development, support trainees to CAS, and supervise advisers to ensure high standards of competency across the business.
You will own a regional portfolio, coach advisers, collaborate with compliance and internal stakeholders, and travel regularly within the South West to strengthen relationships and provide face-to-face support.
