About the Role

As Product Manager – Fluids, you will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the existing product portfolio while helping define and shape requirements for future products to support business growth. A strong level of commercial awareness will be key, as you balance performance of in-life products with identifying new market opportunities. This role will involve working in partnership with external stakeholders to understand local market conditions and share expertise from a global perspective to create best value from existing products and collect information for new projects.

This is a varied and high-profile role within a dynamic, fast-paced, multinational environment. It is ideally suited to individuals with product management or business development experience, or those looking to transition into a more commercial role from a technical or development background.

We recognise that flexible homeworking can be beneficial and at Domino we want people to feel able to own the way they work. What this looks like might vary between teams - what's important is that we enable you to get the best from us and for us to get the best from you, whether that's from your home office or on site, as long as we continue to collaborate and enable great outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise a complex product portfolio to maximise customer value, business performance, and profitability.
  • Identify and assess new market growth opportunities with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead market requirement definition and business case development for new product innovations.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches across target sectors and regions.
  • Deliver commercial training and expert guidance on product positioning, pricing, and market success.
  • Manage the product lifecycle to maximise returns and ensure an efficient, sustainable portfolio.
  • Monitor global product performance, analyse key metrics, and implement actions to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with channel managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, support, and project delivery.
About you
  • Degree qualified or able to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding, or relevant experience in product management or a related field
  • Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Results-driven, with the motivation and resilience to achieve objectives and deliver outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Technically competent, with the ability to engage effectively in discussions with both internal technical teams and external customers
  • Willing to travel internationally when required (approximately 3 weeks per year) to support customer and regional business engagement

Domino values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all candidates; however, only those eligible to work in the UK without the need for additional immigration documentation will be considered for this position.

What you can expect

As a talented individual working at Domino, you can expect a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge
  • A discretionary bonus scheme, a testament to your hard work and dedication
  • Life insurance, providing security and peace of mind for you and your loved ones
  • Medical insurance with the option of purchasing a health cash plan, dental insurance, travel insurance and cycle to work scheme, ensuring your health is always a top priority
  • Join our green car scheme, a step towards a more environmentally friendly commute, with free EV charging onsite

We are a highly successful company, we're large enough to offer career development opportunities yet small enough for your contribution to be readily recognised and rewarded.
