Addition Compliance is looking for a hands‑on Product Manager to help shape and scale ADDRA
, our client portal and workflow platform, at an important moment in its growth.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys owning real product work, getting close to users, and turning ambiguity into clear decisions and delivery. ADDRA is a key part of our growth plans over the next three years, and this role will have genuine influence on how the platform develops and how the business scales.

You’ll work closely with the COO and external development partners to manage the roadmap, priorities, testing, roll‑out, user support, and ongoing improvements. We’re looking for someone who can balance structure with pragmatism, is comfortable being hands‑on, and wants the autonomy to make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own and maintain the ADDRA roadmap and backlog.
  • Translate business, client, and workflow needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with the development vendor to track progress, blockers, defects, and releases.
  • Lead UAT, testing, roll‑out planning, and user training.
  • Support internal users and help turn feedback into product improvements.
  • Keep security, permissions, auditability, and operational control in mind throughout.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, delivery, implementation, or a related product‑adjacent role.
  • Strong requirements gathering, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A hands‑on approach and a genuine appetite for delivery.
  • Experience working with workflow tools, portals, case management, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to financial services, compliance, regulatory reporting, or professional services is a strong plus.
  • Confidence working with external vendors and cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfort operating within a UK/EU timezone overlap, with occasional in‑person meetings.
What makes this a great role
  • A new product but with a customer base to roll out to immediately.
  • A high degree of autonomy and ownership.
  • The chance to shape a platform that will be central to business growth.
  • Close access to senior leadership and meaningful influence on product direction.
  • A role where your work will be visible, practical, and valued.

If this sounds like the kind of role you’d thrive in, we’d love to hear from you.
