C-Serv is growing and seeks an operational, numbers-driven graduate to own day-to-day processes, invoice handling, bookings, and revenue tracking. You’ll work with Xero and internal systems while supporting Employer of Record onboarding and finance tooling alignment.
The role is fully remote, offering practical, hands-on training in a growing global business with progression into Revenue Operations or Consulting Operations as you grow. Starting salary is £26,500 with probation to £28,000.
