Position: Manager - Health & Care (Clarity)
Location: City of Westminster

We are recruiting a Manager to deliver client projects and programmes as part of Clarity Consulting.

Clarity, part of Four Centric, is a specialist health and care consultancy driven by integrity, quality and empathy. The Clarity team works with clients to deliver sustainable, high-impact change across a challenging and fast-moving sector.

The Role

As a Consulting Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of client projects or programmes, contribute to the development and delivery of client and organisational objectives, and provide leadership and guidance to junior colleagues and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-driven outcomes
  • Manage client relationships while supporting business development, including identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals
  • Oversee project governance, risks, and issues, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards
  • Lead and develop project teams, including line management and performance support for Consultants/Senior Consultants
  • Take ownership of deliverables, maintaining confidentiality, professional integrity, and contributing to wider business initiatives and events
About You
  • Proven experience leading change delivery or healthcare projects, with strong knowledge of relevant methodologies
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end, building effective teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and develop practical, evidence-based solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and support others effectively
