Salary: £52,000 - 62,400 per year
Requirements- We are looking for someone with around 3 years of experience as a Change Analyst, Business Change Specialist, or Management Consultant focused on change management.
- We need strong business change experience, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications.
- We are looking for an analytical mindset, with confidence using data to track readiness and build progress reports;
Excel or tools such as Power BI are highly valued. - We need excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex, regulated, or technical concepts in simple, everyday language.
- Experience in Energy, Utilities, or other highly regulated sectors such as Rail, Telecoms, Banking, or Government is highly advantageous.
- Experience in a management consultancy environment is a strong plus.
- We will ask you to conduct Change Impact Assessments to understand how new application processes, gate progression requirements, and timelines will affect applicants across the energy ecosystem.
- We will need you to design, coordinate, and help deliver training materials, toolkits, and interactive sessions aligned to the updated application requirements.
- We will expect you to create change communications and interventions, including guidebooks and briefing sessions, for internal teams and external energy developers.
- We will ask you to develop and maintain change adoption reporting dashboards tracking training completion, stakeholder sentiment, and readiness metrics.
- We will want you to use data insights and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements that strengthen adoption outcomes.

We are recruiting for an intermediate Business Change Analyst to join us in a contract role based in Warwick with hybrid working and work-from-home flexibility. This is a 10-week assignment supporting a high-visibility project at the heart of the UKs clean energy transition. We are helping transition hundreds of external stakeholders and energy applicants onto a new evidence-based application and queue system launching in late 2026.
You will join a supportive, forward-thinking change function that values data-driven strategies and creative communication, and you will work alongside industry-leading consultants and major corporate stakeholders while contributing to critical national infrastructure and net-zero goals.
