Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the completion and review of Change Impact Assessments ready for the Change Forum.
  • Support preparation for Change Governance Forums, including agenda packs and minutes.
  • Track actions and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain the Change Team central inbox.
  • Maintain templates and documentation.
  • Check project data for quality and completeness, with guidance.
  • Ensure Small Changes have documented test execution in the agreed format.
  • Review risks and issues, looking for themes across projects that should be addressed at Portfolio Level.
  • Identify dependencies or constraints across projects and small changes.
  • Analyse project data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Produce standard reports and dashboards.
  • Highlight issues or inconsistencies in data.
  • Support project teams to issue consistent communications to stakeholders at key points in the delivery lifecycle.
  • Produce regular updates about the Small Change backlog and delivery.
  • Administer and continuously improve our PMO systems and processes, including our Change team SharePoint sites and Intranet page, Change Dev Ops Boards, and our new Portfolio Management tool.

We serve over 1,500 employers and more than 738,000 members of Local Government, Police and Firefighter pension schemes, keeping them informed about their pensions and working closely with employers to educate and support them. This is a remote/hybrid role with 2 days a week in Preston, Lancashire, and we will consider home-working contracts for candidates living within 50 miles of our Preston offices.
