TAG Catering Equipment UK has been designing, supplying, and installing commercial kitchens and bar fit-outs since 1988, working with some of the most respected names across the hospitality and food service sectors, from independent operators and Michelin-starred restaurants to five-star hotels and high-profile venue groups.
Beyond design and installation, we provide ongoing service, maintenance, and breakdown support to keep our clients’ kitchens running smoothly, day in, day out. Our Service Desk sits at the heart of this — coordinating engineers, managing callouts, and delivering planned preventative maintenance across a portfolio that includes some of the UK’s best-known venues and hospitality groups.
We are now seeking a Service Support Coordinator to help keep this operation running smoothly. You will be someone who can juggle competing priorities, communicate clearly under pressure, and make sure engineers and clients stay aligned from first call to job completion.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced, office-based coordination role connecting our engineers with clients across the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing comprehensive support and making sure their needs are met promptly and efficiently, while working closely with the field engineering team to ensure all scheduled works are adhered to and completed on time.
You don’t need previous service desk experience — the right attitude and an aptitude for a varied, fast-moving environment matter most. You’ll support some of the UK’s most famous venues and hospitality groups, delivering one-off callout and planned maintenance support, and you’ll work alongside an award-winning design, project management, and marketing team.
