Process Administrator to join our Insurance

Team.

As the Process Administrator,you’llbe an integral part of our Insurance Team, offering support to the insurance sales teams by managing processes that ensure a smooth and reliable journey for our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for ensuring business and customer processes areaccurateand up to date.

In this role,you’llbe:

• Compiling and sending insurance policy documentation to customers within an agreed timeframe

• Monitoring and reporting on documentation accuracy

• Processing cancellations of insurance policies and issuing refunds to customers

• Managing team inboxes through the allocation and completion of emails

• Creating daily case reports and case allocation

• Working towards progressive targets
