BnBerry is seeking an experienced SDR Team Lead to build, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales function across Europe and North America, in a fast-moving startup environment.
You will recruit and develop SDRs, design outbound strategies, coach through one-to-one sessions, align with Account Executives, ensure CRM hygiene, and drive pipeline growth while supporting a remote team across time zones.
