Are you an organised, proactive and customer-focused administrator looking to make a positive impact in Derby?
We're seeking an enthusiastic Employment & Skills Hub Administrator to join our Derby Jobs and Employment & Skills Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of employment, skills and training initiatives that help residents access opportunities and support local businesses to recruit.
As a central member of the team, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across all areas; coordinating communications and events, managing customer enquiries, supporting with performance monitoring and contributing to the smooth running of the Employment & Skills Hub.
We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
