Recruiting on behalf of a Global Technology Organisation
ABOUTTHE ROLE
SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a major international technology-focused organisation in hiring two Enablement Support Specialists. These roles sit within a global enablement function responsible for planning, producing and delivering high impact sales and customer success training programmes. You'll join a fast-moving, collaborative environment where content development, programme coordination and global event logistics come together to deliver world-class learning experiences.
WHATYOU'LL BE DOING
- Content Development
- Support the creation and adaptation of training materials (guides, decks, workbooks).
- Translate complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Global Event Coordination
- Support planning and execution of 100+ attendee international training events.
- Coordinate venues, travel, registration lists, materials and on-site operations.
- Programme Operations
- Keep programme trackers and documentation up to date.
- Capture meeting notes, actions and project milestones.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate with facilitators, vendors and regional leads.
- Help manage timelines, deliverables and project checkpoints.
- Travel & On-Site Support
- Attend global training events to support set-up, coordination and facilitator needs.
- 1-3 years' experience in enablement, L&D, training coordination or programme support.
- Experience developing or adapting training content.
- Strong written communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms or LMS systems.
- Proactive, adaptable and passionate about learner experience.

Frequent global travel - Hours:
Monday-Thursday core hours, occasional Friday availability - Start: ASAP
