Location: Kingston upon Hull
Graswald GmbH is seeking a Customer Success Manager (German Speaking) to manage post-sales relationships remotely in the UK market. You will onboard new clients, drive early adoption, and run regular reviews to ensure health and growth across 15–20 large fashion brands and retailers.
You will identify churn risks, propose upsells with the sales team, and voice client feedback to inform product direction. English fluency is required, German fluency is highly valued, and Adobe Photoshop experience
