Upsun is seeking a Customer Retention Manager to protect and grow revenue across a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts. Your day-to-day is proactive, human outreach and health monitoring—building real relationships at scale and guiding renewal conversations with a human touch, while automation keeps processes efficient and low-friction.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, and GTM to inform retention strategy and engagement models.
