This is an entry‑level role designed for someone looking to build a career in procurement, analytics, and commercial decision‑making.

You’ll play a key role in turning purchasing data into clear, meaningful insights that support account teams and stakeholders across UK and European clients. From benchmarking prices to producing reports, your work will directly contribute to better commercial outcomes.

✅ What you’ll be doing

• Deliver accurate pricing benchmarks and basic market analysis to support client decisions
• Analyse supplier and client data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and insights
• Produce regular and ad hoc procurement and purchasing reports
• Gather and validate data from internal teams and external suppliers
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Use Excel and analytical tools to manipulate and interpret datasets
• Support improvements to reporting processes and data tools
• Collaborate with UK and European teams to align on priorities and outputs

🔎 What we’re looking for (Essential)

• Experience working with data (academic, internship, or early career role)
• Strong Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and explain data clearly
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Clear communication and a collaborative working style
