In this vital role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes, and facilitate technology-driven transformation projects. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions, optimise operations, and enhance overall client service, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within technology and transformation projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Experience in the Lloyd's market or insurance broking industry is advantageousA proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
