AboutThe Post
As a Compliance and Quality Improvement Officer in the Commissioning and Improvement Assurance Team, you will play a key role in improving the quality, safety and effectiveness of commissioned adult social care services across Barnsley. Working closely with providers, operational colleagues and partners, you will support contract monitoring, quality assurance activity, provider engagement and improvement planning. Your work will help ensure that people receive good-quality care and support that promotes independence, choice, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
