Your new company Hays are recruiting for a remote Income Recovery Administrator role for a leading supported housing organisation.
Your new role Your new role will involve being responsible for your own patch of customers, providing advice for and escalating to Debt Recovery.
You will deal with the rent recovery process up until the stage of serving notice.
You will also be making inbound and outbound phone calls from residents and handling benefit queries.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will need previous experience working within a housing provider/sector or general rented accommodation.
Experience in income management/debt recovery is essential, along with knowledge of housing legislation/benefits and Universal Credit.
