An exciting opportunity exists within Business Direct for a Relationship Manager, Small Business. If you are enthusiastic and ambitious about playing a key role in supporting our growth ambitions in Business Banking please read on.
Our team of Relationship Managers provide designated support to a wide range of businesses, of varied sizes and industry sectors, within the Small to Medium Enterprise market.
You will be managing your own portfolio of business customers and collaborating with colleagues across Business Banking and other Specialist departments, you will be supporting and servicing their banking needs, including lending and deposit arrangements for both existing and new customer relationships.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office.
If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
