Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Gather, document and evaluate business requirements from management and internal stakeholders.
Collect, interpret and analyse operational, financial and business data to support decision-making.
Prepare business reports, performance analyses and recommendations for senior management.
Conduct research into market trends, competitors and industry best practices.
Identify business risks, operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
Develop and maintain business process maps, workflow documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of business improvement initiatives.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend improvements where necessary.
Liaise with departments to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
Assist in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
Present analytical findings and business recommendations to management.
Support change management activities and continuous improvement programmes.
Maintain accurate business records, reports and analytical documentation.
Assist management with strategic planning and organisational development initiatives.
