pro Sapient is seeking a Commercial Program Lead to build the operating backbone behind our client relationships, covering renewals, RfPs, and governance. You will own end-to-end processes, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Finance and Product as we scale, with ownership from day one.
The role suits someone who is process-driven, comfortable turning ambiguity into structure, and excited to build new systems rather than optimise existing ones. Remote working is available for up to 20 days annually.
