We're recruiting for a Portfolio Benefits Analyst here at Justice Digital, Data and Science, to be part of our warm and collaborative Delivery Governance Office.

As the Portfolio Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful identification, tracking, assurance and realisation of benefits across Justice Digital, Data and Science. You will provide insightful analysis, robust reporting, and benefits management support to enable effective decision-making and maximise the value delivered through change initiatives.
The role would suit an individual who is naturally analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to improve the quality of benefits data and strengthen benefits management practices.

Key Responsibilities- Support the development, maintenance and implementation of a robust benefits management framework, ensuring benefits are identified, tracked, measured and reported consistently across initiatives.
- Work closely with the Portfolio Benefits Lead to provide assurance that benefits are realistic, measurable and aligned to organisational strategic objectives.
- Support the collection, collation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative benefits data to support portfolio governance, strategic decision-making and benefits realisation reporting.
- Conduct first-line assurance activities, including data quality checks, validation of benefits information and identification of risks, issues and gaps within benefits management processes.
