This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Retail Savings team as an Assistant Product Manager, perfect for someone looking to build a successful career in Product Management. Working within the Savings Delivery team, you'll support the day-to-day management of our savings products while playing a key role in delivering high-profile initiatives that make a real difference to both members and colleagues.

From pricing changes and new product launches to process improvements and business-as-usual activities, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced and varied environment where no two days are the same.

Working closely with Product Managers, the Savings Proposition team and Retail Pricing colleagues, you'll contribute to product deliveries, base rate and pricing changes, testing, approvals, data reconciliations and live-proofing activities. You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, build strong relationships and help identify smarter ways of working that will shape the future success of the team.

We're looking for someone with recent experience of savings products, processes and systems, ideally gained within Operations or a branch network role. You'll be a confident communicator who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and bring a strong analytical mindset with a natural aptitude for problem-solving. If you're passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers and keen to develop your product management expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a 10-month secondment opportunity.
