Location: Southmoor
Emplyfy is seeking a UK-based Company Nominee Director to support a company with basic corporate compliance requirements. This is a part-time, non-operational role with minimal involvement; initial setup may take 1–2 hours, after which tasks are occasional and largely passive once the bank account is open.
You will act as the appointed UK Nominee Director, sign relevant company and bank documents remotely, and assist with occasional corporate compliance tasks.
