Location: Halesowen
Keys Children is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Officer to lead the Property Compliance Team and ensure our homes and facilities meet statutory and company requirements. You will guide contractors, monitor inspections, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
The role reports into the Head of Facilities and requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and CAFM/compliance system experience. Hybrid working with a focus on reducing risk and maintaining high standards.
