Flexible Remote Opportunity: UK Nominee Director Emplyfy Spennymoor, DUR, GB
Looking for a flexible role with minimal time commitment?
We are seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support a company's corporate compliance requirements. This is not an operational management position and does not involve day-to-day business activities.
The initial setup typically requires 1-2 hours. Once company banking arrangements are established, the position becomes largely passive, with only occasional document signing or administrative support required.
What You'll Do- Review and sign bank account opening documents remotely.
- Assist with infrequent compliance-related paperwork.
- Remain available for occasional communication.
- Monthly compensation of £100 - £125
- Fully remote working arrangement
- Permanent UK residency
- Ability to respond to occasional requests in a timely manner
- Full-time
