Coinbase is seeking an Operations Senior Associate to oversee the UK business governance, financial promotions, and asset listings within CB Payments Ltd. You will drive customer experience improvements and align processes with UK FCA requirements while supporting product launches.
You will own end-to-end workflows, reporting to ExCo and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure audit-ready documentation and robust controls in a regulated environment.
