Were looking for a Senior Deal Desk Specialist who will strengthen our Global Sales Operations team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations youll work closely with Sales functions worldwide including Sales Pre-Sales Channel and MSP teams as well as Finance Legal and Security. Youll bring business insight and coaching to the table helping to increase the velocity of our sales engine.
This is a unique opportunity to join a booming software business in a role that directly shapes business agility and success.
This is a hybrid Position that requires 3 days onsite per week based out of our London UK office. Candidates MUST live within commutable distance to London
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end management of the Deal Desk ensuring speed and consistency across the deal lifecycle.
- Manage the deal queue organize deal reviews and drive timely decision-making to keep Deal Desk output on track
- Define measure and report on Deal Desk SLAs to ensure consistent turnaround and accountability
- Review complex deals and provide recommendations on pricing positioning and deal structure
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team on deal-related questions
- Review and approve partner contract terms in line with company policy
- Facilitate contract reviews and redlining with Legal Sales and external parties
- Support the Sales team in responding to RFPs and RFQs
- Maintain clear communication channels and auditable approval records for any deviations from standard terms and conditions
- Help shape and steer pricing and packaging strategy and initiatives
- Document policies and guidelines and deliver related sales training
- Support cross-functional projects including new process design and system enhancements
Qualifications :
- 57 years of relevant experience
- SaaS B2B software industry experience required
- Proven experience supporting Deal Desk operations and complex deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset
- Passion for business support with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Process- and systems-oriented with strong attention to detail and controls
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the importance of data management and integrity
- Bachelors degree required;
Masters degree preferred - Strong command of Microsoft Office
