Emplyfy is seeking a UK-based individual to act as Nominee Director for an established company. The role is administrative and compliance-focused with minimal ongoing involvement after onboarding.
During onboarding you may spend 1–2 hours for setup and banking documentation. Thereafter, you sign documents remotely for bank accounts and handle occasional compliance tasks. This is remote and flexible, with a monthly retainer.
