Location:

Flexible - you can work from our Edinburgh, Aylesbury or Cambridge offices or be home-Based, United Kingdom

In-office expectation for remote workers:
Occasional travel to our offices and other locations across the UK

Starting Salary:
Starting Salary from circa £35,000 per annum (more with experience) + generous annual bonus (circa 20%)

Role Overview :

We are looking for aJunior Product Manager to join our Esri UK Product team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in product management and to help shape the future of our Esri UK products.

The role will initially focus on managing the ArcGIS Living Atlas of the UK, working closely with Esri Inc, customers, and teams across Esri UK to ensure it supports our customers across multiple sectors and helps drive greater adoption of ArcGIS.

We are looking for someone with an interest in product management, relevant experience of working with product, a strong understanding of ArcGIS and customer needs, and a genuine interest in developing product management skills.

You will work alongside experienced Product Managers, gain exposure to product strategy, roadmap planning, customer engagement, commercial considerations, and go-to-market activities. Over time, additional products may also be assigned, providing broader product management experience.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will:
  • Support product adoption, demonstrations, training and communications
  • Help support product vision, roadmap planning and prioritisation
  • Work with development teams on product enhancements and releases
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights
  • Develop product knowledge and acting as a product advocate across the business
  • Monitor product performance and helping ensure successful delivery and operation of the service

  • The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with customers and partners
