Client Relationship Management, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Bedale, North Yorkshire.
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted point of contact, understanding their training requirements and coordinating high-quality training solutions that deliver real value. This is a varied and rewarding role combining client relationship management, training coordination and operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with clients, trainers, awarding organisations and colleagues to ensure training is delivered efficiently, while identifying opportunities to enhance the support and services we provide. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and accountable, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and ambitious team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage allocated client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for training enquiries, requirements and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, instructors, assessors, awarding organisations and other key stakeholders to support successful training outcomes.
- Identify and coordinate appropriate training solutions that meet client requirements and deliver a professional client experience from enquiry through to completion.
- Manage training bookings, scheduling and associated administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and completion within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across company systems, ensuring information is current, complete and accessible.
- Communicate professionally and proactively, providing clear information, updates and guidance to clients and colleagues at all times.
- Identify opportunities to promote KNW services and support business development activities within existing and prospective client accounts.
- Resolve issues effectively and contribute to continuous improvement, supporting team objectives and helping maintain high standards of service delivery across the business.
- Previous experience in a Training Coordinator, Training Administrator, Learning & Development, or similar client focused operational role.
- Business Administration, Customer Service, Learning & Development qualifications would be desirable.
- Proven experience coordinating training programmes, courses, or qualifications within a compliance-driven environment would be highly desirable.
- The ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Familiarity with customer service principles and managing client relationships in a professional environment
- Account management or client relationship experience would be advantageous.
