About the Role

You will act as a key advisor, utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and drive sustainable improvements across various client organizations.

• Lead diagnostic assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Design and implement optimized business processes utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

• Analyze operational data to measure performance and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of process changes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or process improvement roles.
• Proven experience in applying process optimization methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
