Kingston Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne Closing Date: 5PM on Friday 18 September 2026 Looking for a role that involves providing business development, executive, legal services, compliance support and administrative assistance? Then we'd love to hear from you. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working in leasehold property management (or similar) and an environment giving legal advice. Role Benefits :

This role will provide business development, executive, legal service and compliance support and assistance to the Legal Services Manager and senior Executives within Kingston Property Services. You will be required to carry out a range of administrative tasks to contribute to the efficient running of the Kingston business. The role also involves providing a variety of practical support and administrative activities relating to insurance and legal services.

Experience of leasehold property management or similar Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and manage own workload Enthusiastic with positive can do attitude Desirable :
Customer Services qualification Able to see the big picture and willing to contribute to development and delivery of services across different disciplines Working knowledge of Qube software Previous experience of working in a legal environment.
