Location: Winscombe
Emplyfy invites a UK-based Nominee Director to support corporate compliance with minimal day-to-day involvement. The initial onboarding involves 1–2 hours, after which the role becomes largely passive, with occasional document signing or administrative support.
Responsibilities include reviewing and signing bank documents remotely and assisting with compliance-related paperwork as needed, while remaining available for occasional communications.
