Equinoxx develops Continuum, a modular SaaS platform helping organisations manage people, assets, governance, risk and compliance through a single integrated platform. Continuum has been developed over many years and is already successfully supporting major operations within the Goonvean Group together with a growing external customer base. Backed by the £100m+ turnover Goonvean Group, Equinoxx has an established Software Development Team, Customer Success capability, Managed Services business and a growing Marketing and Commercial function.

We're now investing heavily in building the commercial capability that will take Continuum to market nationally.

Most Channel Manager roles involve inheriting an established reseller network. This isn't one of them. We're looking for someone to build our partner programme from the ground up. You'll identify the right organisations to work with, develop compelling partner propositions and create sustainable routes to market across the entire Continuum platform. This is a genuine opportunity to shape the commercial future of Equinoxx.

Initially, you'll focus on helping establish partner routes to market for Continuum Assets, particularly through MSPs, IT resellers and technology partners. As the programme develops, you'll expand the partner ecosystem to support opportunities across:

• Continuum Assure
• Continuum People
• Continuum Learning
• Managed Payroll

Success won't simply be measured by the number of partners recruited. It will be measured by building engaged partners who generate qualified opportunities, recurring revenue and long-term customer relationships.

We're interested in people who have experience in:

• SaaS
• Technology sales
• Channel development
• Business development
• Partner management

More importantly, we're looking for someone who can:

• Build relationships from scratch.
• Identify commercial opportunities.
• Create partner propositions.
• Open new routes to market.
• Work strategically while remaining hands-on.
• Build a repeatable partner revenue model.

• Basic salary of £45,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)
• High-performance commission with annual commission potential of up to £100,000
• Hybrid working - work from home, attend client meetings and quarterly head office visits. Ideal candidates will be based in the South West
