Our client is a specialist recruitment business with deep expertise across technology, transformation and professional services. They are seeking a Temporary Office Manager/Operations lead to take ownership of the day-to-day operational engine of the business.
What you will be doing- Overseeing office management, supplier relationships and new starter onboarding
- Recruitment contracts, compliance and governance across the contractor lifecycle
- IR35, right-to-work checks, AWR, references, renewals and operational risk management
- Contract generation, terms of business reviews and Docu Sign processes
- Building and maintaining operational policies, SOPs and governance frameworks
- Acting as the key UK contact for our offshore operations team, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
- Managing operational SLAs and reporting to improve consultant experience
- Take ownership of events management
- Proficent in Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with offshore teams, Front, Smartsheet, US recruitment compliance or operational automation is desirable.

You are confident enough to take ownership of contracts and compliance directly from the Executive Director and you have the judgement to know when to escape and when to decide. You build trust quickly with consultants, with offshore colleagues, and with senior stakeholders. You communicate clearly and you bring a calm, considered presence to a busy environment.
