We’re looking for a Productivity Manager to lead operational efficiency across our estate.

You’ll work with senior leaders and key stakeholders to optimise processes, improve productivity and support the delivery of strategic business priorities.

• Develop and deliver productivity plans that drive measurable business improvements.
• Improve operational performance, service levels and cost efficiency.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with store and central teams to remove barriers and ensure successful delivery of change.
• Monitor performance and track benefits against agreed objectives.

• Strong operational or retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Experience translating data into practical actions and results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across different teams.

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.

Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
