We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our Digital Delivery and Change team and play a key role in delivering a major Digital Transformation Project. You should be educated to SCQF Level 9/10 (Degree level) or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience, with certification in a recognised Change Management methodology (e.g. Prosci, APMG Change Management, ACMP) or evidence of working towards certification.

This hands-on role requires someone who can hit the ground running, drive change at pace, and embed new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organisation.
