About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Business Consultant to join their practice in Benoni .

• Lead client engagements, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive business assessments , identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for business growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
• Manage project teams, ensuring timely and successful execution of client solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to foster collaboration and drive change adoption.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on business matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business consulting , strategic planning, or a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record in leading successful business transformation or improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in market analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
