Job Summary
The role supports assigned customers by preparing and analyzing sales forecasts and reports
, coordinating price quotations and order/arrangement enquiries
, and ensuring smooth internal cross-functional operations
. You will also maintain and develop customer relationships
.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales forecasts and sales reports for assigned customers.
- Provide operational support for price quotations
, sample arrangements
, and enquiry handling
. - Coordinate effectively between internal teams to ensure smooth sales and operations processes.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and support the development of new customers
.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and manage multi-tasking responsibilities.
- Relevant working experience in a sales operations / sales support role.
- Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
- Diploma and above in Business or Supply Chain
.
- Communication skills

Effective in presenting and reporting - Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office
Excel and Power Point - Language ability:
English and Chinese for communicating with Chinese-speaking vendors and customers - Learning mindset

Willing to learn and adapt quickly. - Independence & organization

Ability to handle tasks independently and efficiently.
